The Stag at Walton is a traditional foody pub, just 1 mile south of Warrington town centre. We serve tasty simple home cooked food in warm welcoming surroundings. Traditional pub food as it should be.
Our menu is made up of traditional British pub food, along with seasonal specials and a ‘smaller portion’ section for lesser appetites. We use fresh ingredients from local suppliers. We only use ‘bought in’ products where they are far better than we could so ourselves, try the Cartmel Sticky Toffee Pudding – you’ll never want a different one again.
‘Famous for our Sunday Lunch’, we serve food from 12:00 to 7.00pm offering four roasts every week, small regular and large sizes. All of our roasts are served with a Yorkshire Pudding and gallons of rich home-made gravy.
We have quiz nights on Sunday and Wednesday and live Jazz every Thursday, so why not drop in? There’s always a warm welcome and a great atmosphere.
